AWEFUL!!! LIAR!!! ruined dress!!!

AWEFUL!!! READ THE FOLLOLWING: My mom (i'm the bride) ordered a dress with Penolia herself in August. She claimed that she was on a 1st name basis with the owner of Watters & Watters and would have the dress in 4 wks. This is amazing, considering that the earliest you can get a W&W dress is in 8 wks RUSH. My mom called several times to check on the dress. "I TOLD you that I would call you when it came in" click!. WHO hangs up on their customers?! A week before the wedding, my mom is in a panic. She called wanting to know where the dress was b/c Pinolia had guarenteed it in 4 weeks. It had been 8 wks! Pinolia told her the following, "Well Watters & Watters LIED to ME, so I LIED to YOU!" Who lies to their customers? It came in 4x too large, so Penolia altered it. My Mom couldnt pick up the dress until the day of. She BUTCHERED IT! There were holes in it AND she sewed lthe lining to the skirt. An hr before we walk down aisle, Pinolia had to come to the chapel and fix it! SHE'S AWEFUL!

Terrible service and business. She did not care in the least that the bridesmaids dresses came in a week before the wedding and had to be overnighted to the bridesmaids that were left with 4 business days to have them altered. At frist the alterations were free for the bridesmaids that came into her store to have them down. Penolia never said otherwise until someone tried to get it done-that's when she mentioned that they weren't free anymore because the bride ended up buying her dress elsewhere. Never even asking for a discount Penolia stated "you have a total gown and therefore the gown should be paid for totally" but it wasn't the gown we had a problem with it was the service-a service that didn't deserve half of what we paid her.

All Penolia cares about is getting paid. Same situation happened as the review below.
