Any time I have ever made contact with ADOC whether it be through mail, e-mail, telephone, or another source, I do always get a prompt response and I do appreciate that very graciously. My point is I know that they are restricted as to how much information can be given out to protect the inmate(s). I think that is great. I want my family member protected in the most secure way. I have no complaint about the way the Alabama Department Corrections are run or with the Adminitation. I think the Commissioner has and continues to do a super job in trying to find places for the inmates related to the Re-entry/Release program as well a many others. He is and has been well aware of the overcrowding throught the entire system. Not just within DOC. Also the Jail's have a horrific overcrowding problem that attention should be given immediately. I Commend the Commisioner and his staff for a job well done.

This is a wonderful bank, never really any problems. They know who you are and your family by name. Customer Service is always exceptional, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have ever had is the phone lines......... They are always tied up. You will wait at least 10 minutes every time you try to call. So that is the only reason I gave them 4 stars.
This is a wonderful credit union. The staff is super friendly and always knows you by name. They are quick to help you, as soon as you walk in the door. They are also always willing to go the extra mile. This business is one of a kind and gets an A+ in my book. They also have great rates on loans and savings accounts.
