I have known this family in one form or another for over 30 years. Lyle and Marquirette are two of the special people that we have here in Montgomery. Not only do they carry the best jewelry in the SouthEast, the service the product that you buy for life. That means if it needs cleaning, something replaced and you bought it there, it comes with!! What concerns me here is the " race card" that i just herd. It's very upsetting that anyone would say that. Come on people out there, you can't use the race card every time you don't get your way. Lyle, Marquirette, Benjy and Abby make this city better by being here. What goes on behind the scenes is all the money that they give to local charities that are in need and how Montgomery would be now, if we'd had 10 more like them 15 years ago. To some of the other post, I say that Lyle and Marquirette are not mean. They only strive for perfection and they want that for their customers as well. To Lyle, Marquirette and their entire staff. We owe you a debt of gratitude for bringing your class to our great city. It also makes me furious that I see three reviews on here that are bad and all three are from former employees of Marquirettes Jewelers. That's not right to do. That's slanderous and totally untrue. I'll keep buying my wife's jewelry from Marquirettes and I know i'll continue to get the best service in town. Thank you guys!!!

First I would like to say that the dealership did correct the problem I had. My problem with the overall service is that there was no attempt to satisfy me completely. There were no recommendations to improve my situation, the supervisor seemed to know very little about the electronics of my truck. I thought the dealership knew everything! After two more visits to the dealership to complete the process, the only advice I got was to unplug the battery for about 30 minutes. I finally found the info I needed from an online forum. The one silver lining of the visits was a very nice lady who communicated with me through the process. (I think her name was Mary).
I have shopped in a lot of fine jewelery stores in a lot of different states over the years and I have never had a better experience. From the moment I step foot in the front door I have always been treated as though I was the only customer there, regardless of how much I spend. I would put them among the best of the best anywhere. They are the most knowledgable and have a Superior product. I have never found them to be rude, distracted or overpriced. If you want the best and something to be truely proud of then buy it from them.
