First I would like to say that the dealership did correct the problem I had. My problem with the overall service is that there was no attempt to satisfy me completely. There were no recommendations to improve my situation, the supervisor seemed to know very little about the electronics of my truck. I thought the dealership knew everything! After two more visits to the dealership to complete the process, the only advice I got was to unplug the battery for about 30 minutes. I finally found the info I needed from an online forum.The one silver lining of the visits was a very nice lady who communicated with me through the process. (I think her name was Mary).
I hit a deer in my car and had to have it repaired. I only chose Joe Hudson auto because it was the closest to me, but I sure am glad I chose them. They not only restored my car back to better than it looked before, but they also waived part of the fee for missing a deadline. Missing the deadline was understandable, considering it was around Christmas when it happened. Thanks Joe Hudson. I don't expect to have to get any more repairs done, but if I do, I will definately be contacting my friends at Joe Hudson Collision Center.
I will be a return customer to Joe Hudson's Collision Center for all my future body work needs. I had a very small repair, was in and out within 15 minutes. As a young, single woman new to the Montgomery area, it was nice to find a place that was helpful, polite, and honest. They could have easily taken advantage of my lack of auto knowledge, but instead they gave me the best service I've had with my car. I will be recommending them to anyone I can.
