Dear Laceybean, I just came across your comment on the net by chance. I really was dissapointed in the whole experience you described. Because it was due to a big missunderstanding or misscommunication. The Assistant to Pastor Brian was suppose to inform you that the Church has a Policy that ALL Men on staff are not to Counsel or meet w/ women. The church has very well trained women on staff who take care of all the young girls and women who need any prayer or counseling outside Service times. Same with the young boys and Men in the Church ~ There are trained men to handle them. Pastor Brian will meet with any of thos Men if the counselor feels it needs further assistance. I (Stacy) am called in to handle the women if needed further. I appologize that the Assistant did not make that clear to you. Because that is NOT our HEART nor is it OUR WAY of Handeling the People in our church or those who come to visit our church. I really do HATE that this ONE MISSUNDERSTANDING caused you such anger (to where you would write such a mean Review) and also cause you to never come back to our church. I hope and pray that you are in a Good Church and are allowing God do the work He wanted to do in your life. And I hope the devil didn't use this to steel from you WHAT GOD was WORKING OUT IN UR LIFE! May you be blessed and again we are so sorry for ur experience. ~ Stacy H.

Since being at Frazer, I have grown a great deal personally, and found a place to belong for myself as well as my wife and children. The music and preaching are great (we usually attend the Contemporary Worship with John Schmidt) but even more important have been the small groups. We found a young couples Sunday School class and have made very close friends--it's great to have other couples the same age and enjoy having our children grow up together. I've been a part of a couple of men's small groups that have really challenged me, and my wife loves the women's groups she is a part of. Our four year old loves preschool at Frazer during the week as well as the programs offered for kids on Sundays, and we feel safe with our 16-month in the nursery knowing he is being well loved and cared for by the staff and volunteers. A lot of people I talk to don't think they would fit in at Frazer because it is so big, but the truth for us has been that big just means they have a lot of opportunities to connect with people in small groups.
Thanks to all the wonderful volunteers who chose to spend their Saturday morning with us during Montgomery's celebration of the annual "Great Day of Service". My sweet Residents couldn't wait to share the news of great entertainment, fellowship and the love shown to them by this wonderful group of Christians! Hats off to you for a great Saturday morning! Sincerely, Dottie Parker, A.D. & the Residents of John Knox Manor, N.H.
