        Overall

        Esmeralda, the manager and her staff are the best. The rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated.
        We stay at this Best Western at least three times a year.

        horriable customer service/no hearts!!!

        I reserved a room here for my boyfriend and i for a weekend get away, unfortunutly my mother had personal problems which ended up in the hospital about 2or3 days before, and needed me with her at the time, i called to cancel my reservation and they stated that it was too bad and they couldnt do anything for me !they actually said that its my fault for making reservations on the internet,well mabe they should have told me that befor!!! THEN i GOT HUNG UP ON TWICE, BUY ONE OF THE RUDEST CS REPS I HAVE EVER TALKED TO.stating that I had cused at him when all i did was say that this is really inconvienent and rediculous! Then he noted on my account that i was cussing left and right and was very rude to him. When i asked to speak to the manager it took 2 days to get through to him, and he actually told me that he need a doctors note which was not legal for them to give out unless for work or school and only for my mother not me "to be by her side," well anyways I had to call my brother off of work so I could go down there, because and i quote "I dont care about your mothers personal issues thats your problem!"
