Cheapest option. Definitely had the ambiance of an ol' ma-n-pa shop. I usually am in south fork (just outside of the valley) during the summer and occasionally need assistance. Depending on the problem it can take them anywhere from a couple hours to a week or so. I had a service call in my cabin once and the young man fixed all my problems within the estimated hour and a half. If you go there, just remember you are dealing with a small town computer shop (not like geek squad). Other than that they are friendly and put up well with my technological impairments or as I call, being computer stupid!

The price was right and the job was done well. After you get past the ma&pa style decor you will find the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The owner is hard to get in contact with and there is usually only one tech so things do take a while. I got my computer back just under a week but that just what I was expecting. Overall B+

Asked for service from this company. Was promised that the service would take place. They were expected the first day, no show. Called. Tomorrow, they said. Second day, no show. Didn't have time, we have more important customers that come first (that's really what I was told). They'll do it tomorrow. Called in the evening to find out what is going on... no answer, please leave a message.



I'm beginning to think I should open up a computer repair business out here. If they have so many customers that they can treat them like that, the customers that leave them to come to me should absolutely love my services.
