Yes Auto Credit & Sales, Inc.

In my experience with yes auto, I have never had a single problem. This all changed after this dealership, whose owners I would even call friends before the incident, knowingly endangered my teenage daughter and betrayed the very trust I had developed for them. The salesman that work at this dealership, , sold me a 2004 silverado. During the buying process, this man described this as a safe car for my daughter, then 16, to drive as soon as she received her license.



This vehicle was in no way safe, let alone safe enough for a new driver. The frame, the vital part to any car for those uninformed, was welded together from other pieces. This in itself would be enough to warrant at least some form of warning. Legally speaking, this should have been the first thing I was told, but instead they led me on with lies of safety and dependability.



Even with the knowledge that my teenage daughter would be driving this vehicle, they knowingly withheld information about the irreversible damage that took place to this car. Now, let this not be taken as a review of the truck, as this would have been fine/avoided if I had only known what kind of damage had taken place in the first place.



If I could give this dealer a 0/5, I absolutely would.
