Habitat for Humanity

I was driving on Holt in Montclair this past Saturday and saw the "Habitat ReStore" windows and thought I would stop in to take a look and see what it was all about. I could not have been more excited to find this store! I mean they have so much cool stuff. My husband and I are in the middle of a dining room/kitchen remodel and found brand new, unfinished oak cabinets and brand new wood flooring for 50% off retail. We returned all of the flooring that we purchased. How could you pass up a deal like that!!! The customer service was outstanding as well. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help us find something useful. The surprising part is the store is run by volunteers! I couldn't believe it!! The best part is, all the proceeds go back to the Pomona Valley Habitat for Humanity Affiliate to continue the mission of providing simple, decent, and affordable housing to low-income families. Definitely 5 stars hands down.
