Located in Monsey, N.Y., the Northern Metropolitan Adult Day Health Care Center provides medical management, nutritional counseling and rehabilitation services to senior citizens. It offers a specialized day program, Club Met, which provides care for individuals who suffer from Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related disorders. The center also offers physical, occupational and speech therapies. Additionally, it conducts recreational programs and community outings.
