Pittsburgh Dry Cleaners

I used this place for 4 years and this past year 2009-2010, their work has become substandard. I have had to send things back to be cleaned a second time because they missed spots that I did point out when I gave them the items.

When I picked up several wool dress skirts, they had long, brown hairs ALL over them. I have short blonde hair so it was not mine. I showed it to the person working the counter and she did not seem to care. I asked her who does the actual cleaning and she said "the owner". I think that says it all.
