Write everything down yourself and have them sign it.
Traded in a Polaris 500HO EFI on Raptor 90 and Arctic Cat 700i, doing the paper work we received $100 less on trade than what I thought was verbally agreed too. Dealer said that I misunderstood and we got what we agreed to, not happy but one of us was wrong and 50/50 it was me so we get past it. I traded my Polaris tapered snow plow and mount and my wife and I were both told we would get 50% off of a new plow kit. A day later talking to the same person the 50% off turned into $300 credit if we take what is on the floor. My wife and I are both upset and feel we have been mislead.
Please whatever you do get numbers in writing and signed.
