Durocher's

I would like to give Emilee a huge "THANK YOU" for making it so easy to purchase a refrigerator and microwave/vent fan. I had read Consumer's Report prior to going into the store so, I had an idea of what I wanted. Emilee was very knowledgeable and asked questions that I had not considered. She also made the delivery date around my schedule-much appreciated!

I talked to a gentleman named Bill Covert. I'm glad I talked to Bill. he was the only one out of four other television repair shops willing to take on resoldering a Pioneer SD582HD Power Board. One shop All Brands Television Repair bit my head off because I told him the model TV I wanted repaired. He told me he doesn't go by models and he didn't know why people even told him what type of television they had as it didn't make a difference. Well it makes a difference to me since I own it. Another shop Glen's in Dearborn Heights told me that they worked on quit a few Pioneer televisions and that resoldering it wouldn't be hard but that if they didn't make atleast $150.00 they didn't even want to fool with it.



Now Along comes Bill at Durocher's. Bill told me to bring the Power Board in and he'd be more then happy to look at it. He also asked if I had another set to watch as he wanted to take his time and look at all the solder points one by one to make sure there weren't any other points cracked. He said all that wouldn't cost anymore then $75.00. When Bill asked me about having another set to watch I thought he meant because it woulod take a couple days. That wasn't the case. He said it was because he would need a couple hours to look atit and do right. That's just to cool.



From here on out, when I need my television fixed, I'm going to Durocher's and asking for Bill Covert. He's what television repair men should strive to be!
