Do not ever buy anything from MR. Hess he is a crook!!! He sells used furniture dis functional appliances then when you return it will sue you to make sure he gets his money!!! He got me for almost 2000 and I returned everything!!!!!!! Doesn’t run a business he steals from the less Fortunate and this is 100 percent true!!!

Bought a Washer & Dryer from the Hollister store along with a couch. Couch is paid in full and has a broken leg because nothing was ever done for me like the contract stated. My washer has been sent back once and my dryer has been sent back a total of 4 time now not including the time I should have sent it back because the delivery driver dropped it off the truck. Each time my appliance has been sent back it's taken over a month to receive back with no updates. It's currently at the Monett store being repaired going on 7 weeks now and nobody has any kind of update for me. their repairs are crap and never get fixed. the customer service is a joke. talked once with the big wig and he could care less about the situation. I'm about paid off on my appliances and they are still not in working order and fear that I will be S*** out of luck once I make my last payment because they wont just replace the damaged goods they sold me. I'm DEFINATELY going to report to the BBB if nothing gets done!
