I had M&M do my roof and gutters they were by far the most expensive estimate, but we went with them anyway. The roof was done in a day and done well. The gutters were another matter. Along the back of my house there is a long 50' run that services about 12 square of roof. They placed that gutter level when it should have been at a pitch. I told the installer several times to give it a good pitch and that I didn't care if it "looked funny". He installed it with a 1-2 degree pitch, Which let the rain fall over the side of the gutter when it came down hard. I called and asked them to come and fix it, again I asked for some pitch, again I was ignored. He took the upper 10' of gutter and moved it up an inch n causing the rain to pour down onto my grill when it rains hard. I called and was told "keep your gutters clear and that wont happen". They only care about you before the sale, and I am proud to say that I am responsible for several of my friends using roofers other then M&M to do their jobs.

I phoned twice before some came to give me an estimate for a couple remodeling and addition projects. The sales person came, took measurements and informed me that he would be contacting me with the estimate by the end of the week. That did not happen, I phoned twice and never received a return call. 0 Stars

I called to get an estimate and was surprises to learn that they would not meet with me unless my husband attended. I understand the business reason for that, however they did not require that of my male friend who got an estimate as well. M&M should take note that women are capable of doing the analysis that needs to be done on order to make these types of decisions.

I was looking for a professional, licensed and bonded company to do our roof. The sales guy only concern was "the sale". The quality of service was very poor, the permit was pulled after the job was completed which almost cost me hundreds with the village. I am stuck paying more than what was agreed because the sales guy is a shark and the owners just don't care. BEWARE!!!!! BE CAUTIOUS!!!! BE THOROUGH!!!!! REVIEW AND REVIEW AGAIN YOUR CONTRACT!!!!!!
