I took off from work Tuesday for them to come out for a service call that I scheduled a couple weeks ago. No call and no show and they haven't answered their phones all week and don't have an answering message on either.

Horrible customer service! If they answer a phone and schedule an appointment they are no shows. Last Thursday had an appointment after waiting over a week to get one. They called

In the morning said they us an emergency and would come af 3 pm. Called at 3:20 to say truck broke down. Friday morning finally got the lady on the phone and she squeezed us in for Monday between 1-2:30. So we didn't have to miss a complete day of work again. It is now 3:20 no one has shown up and no phone call. Also no one answers any number for the company. We have a leak in our system and have a bucket that we have to keep dumping. Have called other companies to come repair and are told Seahorse has to do the repair. So frustrating. If you are thinking bling of going with Seahorse do not do it. You will 100% regret the decision. When you have the system and it is leaking and you can't get them

to show up to repair it you know you are dealing with people that have zero respect or concern for you or your home.

Just terrible company, you set an appointment, they call you a couple days later to change and the new appointment they dont even show up for service at all. 1pm to 5pm sat around waiting for them you call their office and no one answers and they never call you back. Very Poor Company!!! The person in charge of scheduling should be fired!

I had a bad service experience from them. The house we bought has a seahorse system in it and had been empty about a year so I thought it would be a good idea to have the system checked. The appointment was to be between noon and four and I asked they call 20-30 min ahead of time so I could be there as I had some questions. They show up about 5, claimed my cell phone gave them a busy signal. They reset the timer and regen cycle and checked the toilets for leaks. Didn't do any testing on the water at all. I saw them driving down my street as I was approaching the house and called them right away. He wouldn't come back, after I told him I had questions about the system. So I wasted $85 to have them reset my timer and regen cycle. I won't be calling them back.

Our water softener had not worked properly since being installed 4 years ago. I called Jager's,made an appointment,and had our softener fixed within a week. It was a small part that had not been installed in the first place. the repairman found it right away and fixed it .The gentleman could have easily took his time and charged more (Sadly as so often happens in today's businesses) but he found the problem and repaired it quickly.Bottom line Jager's has a customer and reference for life.

My experience with this company has been great. I ordered a softener and they came to my house the same day only to find that my piping was not right. They corrected all the plumbing in a short time and installed the softener for much less than a private plumber. The plumbing looked better than the original pipes we had in the basement. I have had the softner for many years now and I only had 1 service call. A very small problem. They came and fixed it the next day and didn't charge me. My water is as soft as the day they put it in. Great family deal with.

We have had a Seahorse softener & reverse osmosis for twelve years. I have never had a single problem other than questions about opearation and going on vacation and using our bypass valves. When I called with questions they were always nice and helpful. We never need service like some of our neighbors with other softeners. If we ever move I will only get another Seahorse.
