It was the first time I need the repair service man came to check the issue with my TV he was very professional (within the schedule they told me he will be here) and in less than 15 minutes he told me what it was the issue (I need a new TV) and then he said they are going to contact you in a week with the steps to follow. I though is going to be a long week with no TV. I was wrong they called me the next day told me what to do I did, and now I have new TV I upgrade it and my kids are very happy.
I had a serviceman out to do an annual service call on our LG refrigerator/freezer. He was punctual, friendly, courteous and fully explained what he was analyzing for preventative maintenance. The scheduling of an appointment, along with follow-up calls on when the serviceman would be here were additional pluses. I was very impressed and satisfied with Sears!
We had all our covered appliances checked out. Each technician, with there own unique talents, showed up when they were suppose to, were courteous, professional, pleasant and explained what they were doing as they were doing it, they even asked if we were happy with their work and cleaned up after themselves.
