I am so happy we met Tommy! From the beginning, I felt at ease and not stressed. After looking at other used car dealerships and private sellers, I realized words like 'great condition' and 'immaculate interior' were simply left to one's interpretation because those cars I had seen prior to going to Blessed were such a letdown. As soon as we pulled up to Blessed, I knew this dealership was different from the others. All the cars looked clean and the bodies were in great condition. The interiors were clean also. Tommy had a smile on his face and answered all of our questions and concerns (my hubby had many of these) to our satisfaction. Never did I feel like we were rushed to make a decision or unimportant car buyers. He let us take our time and really get a feel for the SUV. He didn't hover over us and try to listen to what we were saying. He gave us plenty of space but was readily available when we needed him. Even once I found the SUV I wanted (didn't take long, my eyes found it as soon as we pulled up), I tried to keep my cool and act nonchalant (hubby wanted to play good cop/bad cop); but I do not have a poker face and I couldn't hide the elation I felt at finally finding a vehicle that looked good and felt good! Tommy did not take advantage of the fact that he knew that we probably wouldn't have left his business without buying it. Paperwork didn't take long at all and he kept his word. Stand up guy who runs a stand up business! I can honestly say that I feel very blessed that we came upon Blessed when I was so frustrated with the service and products others were offering. I would recommend Tommy and Blessed to anyone in the market for a used car. Thank you, Tommy, for your patience and commitment!
Overall, my experience with this company was pretty rough, but it mostly wasn't their fault. Brought my car in to get some body work done after a wreck, and to make a long story short, the business partner they used (since CTS does mechanical work, not body work) sucked. They didn't even touch my car after 3wks of it sitting in their shop. It ended up taking 9wks to fix my car, when the initial estimate was 3-4wks. I was told CTS no longer does business with this company, due to this issue with my car. In addition to this delay, the communication between myself and CTS was terrible. I constantly had to initiate calls, just to get any updates (most "updates" were just explanations for why my car was delayed again). As it turns out, this was more a reflection of the front desk employee who worked there, at the time, and not a reflection of the business owner. Needless to say, this employee no longer works there. In all, this whole scenario was a nightmare, but it was mostly due to A. A bad business partner, whom CTS no longer works with, and B. An employee who didn't do his job and no longer works with the company. I can't blame them completely for others' failures, but there is some blame to be had, since they are the ones who took on this project in the first place. I docked them 1 star, for this reason. That said, they do an excellent job on vehicles where they are the ones actually doing the work; vehicles with mechanical issues and such. I have had no issues over the years with their quality of work. If that is the issue you are having, you can take your car here with confidence.
I called this place since I had a radiator that had a hole in it after hitting an animal on the road. Since they specialize in German cars (VW, Audi, BMW) I gave them a call. Got a great quote from the owner Victor and took it in to his shop that afternoon, since I didn't have a ride back he even arranged for a ride back to my house. I own a 2000 VW Jetta with around 110,000 miles and sadly, I have not put much into the car besides gas and oil. He called me the next day with a laundry list of items that needed to be addressed including the timing and serpantine belt. I knew the belts were getting bad and were cracking and squealing and the rear brakes were shot. I told him I was on a tight budget being unemployed so we came up with an action plan based on what was major issues and which could be done later. Service was incredible and the personal attention to the customer was great. Got a few calls along the way with updates and was really pleased. Not only was the price exceptional, he even offered to track down a new front grille that got crushed from debris that kicked up on the freeway a few months back and a door lock assembly that went bad -- two small things that were driving me nuts! Long story short....I have had the most incredible experience from this shop and he has a customer for life (well as long as I stay in the area). I am even planning on taking in my roomies 2004 Nissan Maxima for some major repairs.
We were in a car accident (not our fault, come to find out the other driver had no insurance) and our insurance company highly recommended Hohn's. They had our Mustang for three weeks and throughout that time, they sent my son (who is getting the Mustang for high school graduation this year) pictures of all the different stages of repair to our Mustang. It was nice going over the pictures with our son and letting him see how and what Hohn's was doing to repair the car. They made sure to not give us cheap parts (like some companies do when they work with the insurance companies) and did alot of build up and custom repair by hand. We recieved our Mustang today and we brought our son to see the final outcome of the car, and the tech (who I can't remember his name, so sorry!) and Kelly (the office clerk) walked us through everything they did and let me tell you, the car looks better than it did when we bought it. All in all, we thank each one of the staff and techs to worked with us and held our hands through all this. We strongly suggest everyone to go to Hohn's and we have told everyone we know about what a wonderful job they did and most of all, being honest and caring to our needs and feelings. Hohn's Customs is FANTASTIC!!!!!
I WENT INAND ASKED MY CAR TO BE CHECKED OUT I TOLD THEM MY CAR WAS SHAKY AND ASKED IF I COULD GET AN ALIGNMENT. THEY TOLD ME 45$ AND I WAS HAPPY. WHILE I WAITED THE MECHANIC CAME BACK AND TOLD ME YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.. NOW I KNOW HOW THIS GOES AND I KNEW THEY WOULD TRY TO UPSELL ME TO BUY SOMETHING. BUT HE SAID YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU NEED NEW BRAKES AND SOME OTHER FANCY THING THAT I CANT RECALL. HE SAID I CAN STILL DO THE ALIGNEMT BUT, YOU SHOULD REALLY GET THAT FIXED YOUR ALIGMENT AND YOUR CAR WILL LAST AND FEEL BETTER IF YOU DO. SO I GOT AN ESTIMATE AND DECIDED TO SHOP AROUND. EVRYONE TRIED TO CHARGE ME TRIPLE THE PRICE!!! I DECIDED TO GO BACK THEY WERE SO HONEST AND THEY DIDNT PRESSURE ME AND EVEN ENCOURAGED ME TO SHOP AROUND SO THAT I CAN SEE FOR MYSELF WHAT MY CAR NEEDED AND WHAT PRICE IT WOULD BE TO FIX IT. NOW IF THAT DOESNT SCREAM GREAT SERVICE AND LOYALTY TO CUSTOMERS I DONT KNOW WHAT DOES THEM. I GOT MY CAR FIXED, GOT BRAKES AND FIXED THAT OTHER THING AND THEY EVEN GAVE ME AN AWESOEM DEAL ON SOME TIRES. THEY HAVE OVER 30YS OF EXPERIENCE SO IM SUPER GLAD I WEN TOT HE RIGHT PLACE. RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO EVERYONE WITH ANY TYPE OF CAR.( MINE WAS A BMW)
I was extremely pleased with the service that Swann's Automotive provided to me. I had used a series of automotive shops before landing here. My GMC came to a point where accelerating past 35 mph caused my entire vehicle to convulse terribly. I took it to two automotive shops that claimed they had gotten to the root of the problem. $700 later and my car still was suffering from the same problem. Several years ago, I had a Ford van that I had taken to a couple of different places in Modesto to be worked on. Every time I took it, some new problem would come up. After spending a couple of thousand dollars, I finally found the Ford Doctors. They told me they could keep it running, but it wouldn't be worth it. There was too much wrong with it. I wish the other places would have been that honest. So now, I took my Ford Escape Hybrid to him. He did a diagnostic on it. He refered me to the dealer, as what he found he believed should be addressed by the dealer. He never charged me a dime for his time or test. He could easily have charged me anything and done some bogus work, as so many unscrupulous places do. But he's a great guy. He was HONEST. HE CALLED ME TWO WEEKS LATER, to find out if the dealer had fixed the problem. Who does that? THE FORD DOCTORS DO! I have heard so many great things about this place. I really feel safe to tell everyone, take your cars here. He works on most cars. Not just Fords.
I'm very impressed with the quality of service from Auto & Fleet Mechanic. Bob & Mike bent over backwards to accommodate my truck repairs. My head gasket originally needed replaced and so I took it to Auto & Fleet to fix it. On my way home from picking my truck up the "check engine" light popped back on. So, I took it back into Auto & Fleet and they split the diagnostic fee and then promptly fixed the EGR Solinoid & Idle Air Control Valve. After picking my truck up the second time, the check engine light popped back on. So, Bob drove clear across town to pickup my truck and then fixed it for free and drove it back across town for me. Auto & Fleet was very professional and gave accurate timelines and accurate price quotes. I'm very impressed with the quality of customer service even though they had to take a look at my truck three times to completely fix the problem. I highly recommend Auto & Fleet to anyone.
