Overall

I also used to work at the warehouse and the previous owners were really awesome. They sold it to a guy down in LA and I heard he is running it into the ground and not paying his people and not shipping product. I also remember a Cassandra working there from the post above. She was terrible. The owners were great people and she was caught having people clock her in when she wasn't working. That's some really messed up stuff. She should have felt humiliated for being a POS.

I ordered the grab bag one month ago and it has yet to be shipped. I called almost two weeks ago and was promised it would ship two days later. They have taken my money! Now there is no one answering the phones. No one replies to the emails, either!

When I first started working here it was amazing I was honestly really happy and enjoyed working for white plum. Acouple months after jay hired a manager. He's horrible. He got me fired for something I didn't do. The fact that jay believed him over me and proof from my coworker annoyed me so much. Ricky is such a bad manager in my opinion. I hope jay opens his eyes that Ricky is the one doing him dirty. I've never been so humiliated in my life til he came along. Karmas coming for you though and he knows what he did and is doing.

I absolutely adore this store! I love all of the cardigans and leggings because they are the perfect pieces for Fall. They know how to keep it classy yet edgy without going too far. Keep it up White Plum! :)

Awful customer service/no exchange policy?!

I've never in my life been told by a retail company that I couldn't do an even exchange. The dress was too small in the arms, so I wanted an even exchange...same dress, just one size up. Their response? "I'm sorry. We are unable to make exchanges on any items at this time." This place is crap. And the dress, albeit cute, is not of the best quality. You really shouldn't call yourself a boutique if you're offering big, box-store quality material.

Horrible boutique with product and customer service. The dress I ordered arrived and it was made of cheap material and not normal "boutique" quality. Then I asked the customer service about returning the item I was sent the return paperwork to add with the item on shopping it back. I sent the item back and assumed everything would be fine since I followed the return instructions given by their employee. Then I get an email saying thanks for sending the item back but we can't refund it since it was on sale. After 5-6 emails that took over a month span and never gave me a number to call for more service the only thing they would offer was a $10.00 credit for a $45 dollar dress which they had for my shipping. The boutique would not send me the dress back, exchange a dress size or refund any of the money. With this terrible customer service and poor quality I would recommend this company. I would give them no stars if I could.
