Do not call them, call someone else. Was told 45 minute arrival, had to call after 1 hr 20 minutes only to get rude male on the phone. They acted like I was bothering them instead of being thankful for the work. An idle truck doesn't make money. I won't do business again.

Tow truck driver was professional and competent. It took the office several days to process my charge (used a debit card) when they did, they keyed the transaction as $710 instead of $170. \r \r They did not catch the error since they seem to not run tapes of their receipts to balance against posted transactions, a normal financial practice. when I brought that up to the owner, he said he is aware of only 2-3 other instances of something like this happening in the past several years and it is usually in the customer's favor...I guess that makes it okay to hold up my money. \r \r Their solution was to reverse the $710 as a credit and re-charge the $170. So now they taken a full $710 extra from me, not just $540 and I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money since that is the typical process for crediting back to a credit/debit card.\r \r I expect someone in business to know how the credit card thing works...this was not a credit, this was a debit to my checking account and their solution should've been to cut me a check.\r \r Use at your own risk!!!
