Paid for a subscription to Sunday, Wednesday paper delivery & their digital versions. First week no deliveries so I called to inform and offer second chance to get it right. Second week no deliveries. I called my bank to inform of Bee's transaction impropriety. Also reported the incident to Better Business Bureau. I demanded full refund from Modesto Bee. Twice they offered me less than what I paid but I rejected their reduced refunds. My bank returned the misapropriated funds as per bank policy. Subscribers Beware!
