Just want to share my experience with Modesto Batter Company. I was greeted by a very nice young man who helped me right away. I was in, out and on my way in no time. The young man knew what he was speaking about which was greatly appreciated

Really great customer service! The entire staff is very knowledgeable. They always have what I need and if they are out, they will order it for me.

when to buy two motor home battery ask the guy for his input two 6V battery or two 12V battery and the guy could not even give me the difference so went to interstate battery and there was a modesto battery worker there buying batteries

I was shocked at the variety of batteries this shop has! If you have something that takes a battery they have a replacement! They even helped me change the battery in my keyless entry remote for my car! Also their customer service is the best I've experienced in a long time! I left there in tears because I was laughing so hard! I will definitely recommend Modesot Battery to everyone I know!

I called to try to get direction to their location and spoke to Rita who asked the phone. I can't not believe when people do not listen to you and are rude. She told me to go to Hatch Rd and 99. That would put me either in the middle of a freeway or on top of a over pass which makes no sense at all. And what people seem to forget is the customer is not always right BUT they are the customer and they help pay the salary of people in these times should be very glad they have a job. So do to Ritas rudeness and attiude on the phone I will be going else to do my business and I will tell all my friends to do the same. A little politeness goes along way. I was totally blown away when she asked to talk to my husband. I was raised in that area and have been driving for many many years without my husband. He could not believe the directions she gave me and told me I should have just hung up the phone on her. I had her on speaker and he heard the entire call. So RIta my advise to you is learn some phone manners and learn how to give proper directions!
