I had a wonderful experience! Andrena was the best. I had already been to a bridal store and tried on many wedding dresses without luck. Feeling upset my mom and sister decided we needed to go one more place! Andrena helped me find the wedding dress of dreams and for an awesome price!!! Thank you Biancas Bridal:)

I am amazed by previous yelp reviews. As I have been using Biancas since 1997. The first time my daughter was 5 years old. She was the flower girl at my cousins huge wedding. Biancas took an adult white wedding dress, and fit it to my five year old daughter. Imagine that, as I couldn't believe this possible. This is when the owners mother was seamstress and did the alterations like a pro. . I have never seen anyone do the work that woman was capable of. Several years later I bought my daughters prom dress at Biancas and had the alterations done perfectly at the last minute, A wonderful job with a new seamstress.
This year we bought my niece Savanah her prom dress at Biancas. It was a showstopper. The alterations were perfect, it fit her fabulous figure like a movie star. They have the best selections for every occasion. Gorgeous inventory, they are unequivocally the best in the business. So for all the bad reviews, I am one to argue for Biancas. I believe there must be several fake reviews left by a new store attempting to get business. Let your work be your reviews, there is enough business for everyone. Biancas work speaks very loud. I know the owner is of a different culture, and may not be working the door with a huge smile, but make no mistake she is a hardworking woman with great knowledge in her business. You only have to approach her and ask whatever you need, she will help you, and she is actually very nice. Her son is an adorable young man with a fantastic warm personality. Talk to him as well. he is a big asset to the store. I am not a fake reviewer. I am from Modesto and my name is Stefanie Vargas.

Horrible experience.. Purchased my daughter's quinceanera's dress there then went back to check on it and the assayian lady there was very rude. My experience was a 1 year ago but I will never go back hopefully they have gotten their act together.

my 18year old daughter is getting married next year so we went to just get some ideas for dresses the staff is amazing my daughter totally had one design crossed out of her mind and it ended up to be the dress she fell in Love with and they do everything there in the store . can't say much better

My experience was fantastic

Great place! I found an amazing dress and an empolyee named Matthew gave me great customer service. Even with my slightly difficult requests he was able to help me with what seemed to be genuine care. Im sooo glad I decided to browse through their shop that day and will definitley be going back to Biancas Bridal.

ehhhhhh!!!..well it was me and...

ehhhhhh!!!..well it was me and 3 other friends we got to he place it was ight! then as we started looking for dresses this woman started asking us a lot of question repeatedly the questions were "is it all of you guys together"like if it mattered beacuse were customers. So i tried on a dress and as i was in the dressing room one of the workers said "these teenagers take forever to put on a dress" like WTF! i was trying to put on the dress carefully so that it wuld not get dirty or anyting like that. Then as i came out i look in the mirror and one of the workers was trying to pressure me to purchase the dress. I told her I needed my mothers approval and for her to be here, but she wouldn't understand and told me to just send her a picture message. Really this is just bad customer service. I felt as if the ladies that work there were just trying to get rid of us! The only desent worker there was a guy that was in the front counter he was cool! Overall they have pretty dresses but the people that work there suck!

Such a lovely group of ladies that work at Bianca's! I would highly recommend this store if you are recently engaged and looking to buy your wedding dress - my consultant was patient and kind, and not pushy at all. I have another appointment with her next week to choose my bridesmaids dresses and I'm sure it will be just as great. Thank you so much for a lovely experience. LOVED IT!

I had such a great experience at Bianca's Bridal Couture! Before going in for the first time back in July 2010, I saw some pretty bad reviews about the store online...but after going to their website, I decided to check them out anyways. BEST DECISION I made! Not only found my dream wedding dress (Enzoani style Fern), but also had all of my bridesmaids buy their dresses here too! My consultant Donna was SUPER friendly, and I went in a few times when Donna had a day off, and the other lady's were just as nice. My mom and my mother-in-law both also bought their gowns at Bianca's! Basically they dressed my entire wedding (except for the groomsmen and groom, cause they only rent tuxedo's and we wanted to buy them) Overall, they totally deserve 5 stars...and I would give them more stars if I could!

My Worst Bridal Experience EVER

This was the worst experience of my entire wedding planning and the only vendor I had issues with. Please read on and I will share my worst dress experience ever! Bianca?s was the closest store to me that cared Alfred Angelo dresses. I found the perfect one I wanted for my bridesmaids. I went into the store in May and July telling them both times telling them I wanted to place and order and they told me to wait until August because it about 12 weeks to order and ship. I said all my bridesmaids live out of state and I needed to make sure they would have time to be fitted. They said I had plenty of time. So, in August I placed my order and Elianor said she would call me after placing the order with Alfred Angelo and let me know the exact shipping date. So she wrote my tickets out for each dress making the price more than the ticket. I showed her the ticket price and said this is what is on the dress there are no signs that say the dress prices have increased. Hesitantly she changed the price to the ticket price with no explanation and I paid 50% of my order as required. She then calls me 30 mins later and says the dresses would be leaving AA on Nov. 26th with a ten day shipping order. Meaning they could arrive as late as Dec. 8th. My heart stopped my wedding was Dec. 11 and I still had to ship the dresses to my bridesmaids out of state. She said I could pay $40 per dress for a rush delivery and get them to her on Nov. 26th and then overnight them to my bridesmaids. I asked her if there was any way we could rush order the dresses and she said no. So I paid and extra $120 to get them delivered to her by the Nov. 26th so I could overnight them and give my girls a week to get fitted. Over the next few weeks I explained to my bridesmaids what happened and decided that I should call other AA stores that are located 30 to 60 mins from my house. I wanted to make sure that Alfred Angelo didn?t offer a 6 or 8 week rush like they and myself had seen offered by other dress companies. All three stores including Maxine?s Bridal Shop, The Elizabeth and Sonora Bridal Boutique told me AA offered 6 and 8 week rushes for $20 and $10 per dress and all three boutiques said the price of the dress was $182. Over $20 less than what Bianca?s was trying to charge me. After learning of this I called Bianca?s and begged them to please call AA and put a 6 or 8 week rush on my dresses I didn?t care the cost. After four days of not hearing back from them I called and left a message. Three days later I finally got a call that they could do the eight week rush for a total of $30 extra. I was happy and mad at the same time. All this worry and stress all because they didn?t know how AA worked and didn?t have the business since or cared enough about me to call and ask if they offered rush orders when we had placed the order. So now with the $120 three day rush delivery and the $30 8 week rush I could get my dresses on Nov. 16th. I was so excited!! Don?t forget Thanksgiving was in there too. So on the 16th I call the store and ask if my dresses were in and they say NO. I thought I was going to die. I explained the entire story from the beginning and I paid for them to be here by the 16th and you said they would be. Bianca?s said well let me check with Elianor and she will call you back. A while later Yolanda the manager called and said they had looked in the back and found them and that it was all my fault for changing my wedding date. I said it?s been 12-11-10 for over 12 months now and it?s never changed. I would never want another bride to experience any of these problems. I felt like they didn?t care about me or my bridesmaid?s dresses. If I hadn?t paid half of the money upfront I would have ordered with one of the other businesses but because it was two weeks later I didn?t want to lose more time on getting the dresses here asap.

My first experience with Biancas was pleasant. I was with my Maid of Honor and we were treated well and were not rushed. I found the perfect dress and purchased it. I was told that if 6 other gowns were purchased for my wedding (bridesmaids, mother of bride, etc.) that they would give all of us a 10% discount which sounded awesome!They have a great selection of bridal gowns and nearly half as many bridesmaids dresses, making it a ""one stop"" shop. Unfortunately, my experience(s) after making the purchase have not been as pleasant which is why I feel compelled to write this review. At the time of purchase, I was told that ""we give our brides a great deal on alterations."" I made an appointment for alterations, and waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to be measured while 3 other consultants stood at the counter chatting. Well, my alterations included only 3 buttons for the bustle (no length or size alterations were needed) and the bill was $180. I felt very misled. When my bridesmaids came in to take measurements and purchase their dresses, my consultant claimed to have never told us that she'd discount it 10% and gave each girl only a $10 discount on a $200 dress. Again, misled. When I requested to have my alterations done 2 months in advance (instead of 1 month) because my fiance was undergoing a series of surgeries and we would be too busy at that time, I had to make serveral phone calls to get them to do it. The consultant I spoke with told me serveral times that they would not do it- my question was WHY? I'm the one paying for the alterations, I should get to choose when I want it altered! Now, the icing on the cake- when the bridesmaids were fitted for their gowns, the two consultants working with us said that alterations are approximately $20-25 total. There were a total of 5 of us standing there with the two consultants who heard this. Today, when my maid of honor went to have her dress shortened, she was charged $50. They refused to honor the price they had quoted 5 adult women. Again, dishonesty. I'm really disgusted with this place- they work really hard to earn your purchase then completely mistreat their customers. Great business ethic. I won't return and I will never refer a friend or family member to Biancas for bridal, prom or any other occassion. I never submit reviews, but in this case the lying is so blantant that I hope to save other happy brides (and their attendants) from the same crummy experience.
