Thank you to the staff for handling a very emotional and sensitive case in regards to my child. A special thank you to Sylvia for coming in early just to meet my needs. Also, she took the time to do my paperwork the way I wanted it. i got sole custody of my daughter yesterday, and cannot tell you how much I appreciate it! You made a huge difference in my case, and I will be forever thankful! I can now know that my daughter will have a safe and happy future!

Sandra is really rude not professional at all she's has too much work on her hands that doesn't have time to answer your questions yells at you on the phone has no respect after you are paying her for her service I will never recommend her to no one as it is you already have drama going on and she just adds more stress on you only if I knew how she was I would of never went with her and waste my money to a rude lady like her

the lady who answered the phone was extreamly rude after she found out i was looking for a bankruptcy place and apparently they do not offer those services there. After she told me they dont offer that service i said "oh ok no problem, yeah it said online hat you did but thank you anyways" her rude response to that was " im here by myself! i dont have time! good luck! " yikes! any place who has that kind of additude and stress will never get my business. i may not be in need of any of their services right now but if i am in the future they will not get my business or anyone else i know.

I thought this was a bang for my buck…
I thought this was a bang for my buck, but as things progressed in my case and I had to see a real lawyer, my lawyer advised me that the "advice" i received from Legal Place wasn't correct, and actually cost me more money in the long run. I guess they're good for simple cases, but if you have kids and property, get a real lawyer.

Thank you Sandra and all of your staff for the wonderful, courteous, outstanding help you all gave us at a very stressful time in our lives. Thank you for all the EXTRA help, information and time you gave us as well. I will recommend "A Legal Place" to everyone I know, even all the way over here in SACRAMENTO! We went to Sandra for our free consultation a few months ago, she gave us some good advice and even told us what paper work we needed to get and file, If we wanted to try to do the paperwork ourselves. We left there and we thought we could tackle the paper work ourselves.... NOT!!! We were sooo confused, and stressed out by it all that we ended up just going back to Sandra and letting her do it. Sooo much better and stressfree, and peace of mind that all the paper work is done right. So when she tells you what you want to know then tells you you will be back, she is right. Sandra and her staff are very professional in matters that are really hard on the heart. I used Sandra for my divorce and child custody. It was a very dirty divorce and she held my hand the whole way through. Always available to answer questions and listen to my concerns. I needed to get assistance in legal matter and in the past have paid thousands of dollars for representation and was not financially in the position to obtain counsel. I was too emotionally involved and pressed for time sit through a self help class and know the frustration of dealing with the courts. A relative recommended A LEGAL PLACE and the paperwork was processed effectively, and in a timely manner, and also within my budget. I have recommended A LEGAL PLACE to many.

BABY MAMA DRAMA!!!
For a few years now, i've been dealing with a very difficult ex girlfriend regarding the custody of our children. I've always been an involved father, but it's always been a mutual type situation. over time when my ex would get upset with me she would tell me that I couldn't see our kids even though it was pre arranged situation...and this clearly broke mine and both my kids spirits..my son who's 11 asked me if I could do something about it when I was talking with him on the phone. it must have been meant to be because as I was listening to the radio the same day I heard a radio spot talking about baby mama drama, and how this lady named Sandra at A Legal Place could help you out so I called and Sandra answered the phone. I briefly explained my situation and scheduled an appointment for the same day. when I arrived I was greeted by a staff that was friendly, professional and knowledgible. They prepared my paperwork and it was filed the same day. Prior to filing, Sandra explained to me that it wasnt a guarantee that the judge would sign the temporary orders. The declaration they typed was good because the judge signed the temporary orders and I got my kids without the headache. my court date is in January so please pray for me.!!! A legal place helped me to do the impossible. They are very efficient and are always thinking of the best interest of the client. They make everything easy for you to understand. They are understanding when it comes to your expenses and make it easier for you to get it done and paid for in a timely fashion. Thank you A Legal Place!!! I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a divorce, restraining order, kick out order and or child support. I was referred to A Legal Place because i was going through very difficult time with my ex husband whom of which was very abusive. He was very controlling financially and therefore i had limited means to pay for any legal services, so at a friends recommendation i made an appointment i was seen the same day at 5:30 so i did not miss any work and it was a free consultation. To my surprise A Legal Place helped me immediately to obtain a restrainging and kick out order and made it possible for my ex to pay my mortgage, and car payment and was also served with divorce papers, restraining order, and property control all in less than 48 hours. I did not have any money at the time but i presented my story and i was shocked and very greatful that i treated with such great courtesy and understanding. They arrranged it so that my paperwork was processed immediately and approved with a minimum down payment and payment arrangement that i could afford they told me that they can work with me and that is exactly what was done. And for their work my family will be forever greatful. Thank you ladies for your compassion and dedication to serving people who are in need.

Fast, Affordable and Stress Free!!!
Sandra and her staff are very proffesional. We were treated as a real person not just another "client" in the mix. Sandra is honest and doesn't take advantage. If she knows you are asking for something outrageous and won't get, she will tell you. In December my wife and I went in to see Sandra after my son came to me and told me his mother has been making him live at his aunt's house and was supposed to keep it a secret from us. Well we were upset of the fact that his mother didn't tell us our son wasn't living with her anymore. Sandra typed up a nice declaration and we filed for temporary custody. Within 2days we had our son living with us. What was supposed to be temporary turned into permanent. Mom never came and followed thorough with the new court order so we filed again and we were awarded full custody. Everything was typed up nicely and was presented very professional. Thanks to Sandra we did all this with Affordability and Stress Free! Thanks Sandra!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a 42 year old male I have lived in Modesto all my life. I had been married for 18 years. I found out my spouse was having an affair at a local college/trade school... I have been unemployed for about 6 months when I came a crossed A Legal Place. I placed a phone call to the business and several others. When talking to A Legal Place I was greeted with courtesy and dignity something you don’t find very often anymore. However after discussing my situation with Saundra. I soon hired her to file my response for my divorce. This was VERY Inexpensive compared to other paralegals in the county. Me being unemployed I jumped on this opportunity that I was offered. Saundra and her associates handled this very quickly as I had procrastinated with this for quite some time. I was actually in default... However they handled this with the utmost efficiency and the response was accepted by the courts. No mistakes no errors on it at all. It was accepted. Now we are in the second stage of my divorce and we are going thru the custody part of my divorce... Saundra has proven herself worth again as I was awarded full custody and care of my children.
I will continue to use this business for all my legal needs that arise. I am still unemployed, Saundra has worked with me more then anyone else would do regarding payments, She is understanding, professional courteiuous and most important she actually cares about her clients. I feel as I’m not just another checkbook walking in the door, (Because I’m not) I am not very wealthy. Saundra and her staff treat me and my children with the utmost respect and dignity. Talk to her first before you give anyone any A DIME!! I made this mistake I was going to hire a well known lawyer in town. I have heard if you’re going thru a divorce you have to hire this person if you want to win. Well I want to win… So I made appointment to see this so called great lawyer. It cost me 300 bucks to walk in the door... I presented my case to her and you will not believe what she told me. After 300 Bucks !!!!! “You don’t need me” This sure beats paying a lawyer to handle any legal situation. A Legal Place offers FREE CONSULTATIONS !! Try to find that in this county. I hope that you will give her the opportunity to serve you. I’m sure that you will be pleased with the service and level of professionalism that you will receive.
