Called in June 16th that my dryer wasn't working. Repair man came out June 25th (soonest appt) needed part ordered. He was super nice. Next available appt was July 6th. Part arrived at my hour June 28th. July 6th repair person arrived refused to come onto my property because I couldn't secure all animals. We live in a rural area on 20 acres. Next available repair person was July 14th. July 14th repair person arrives, same man as initial diagnostic call, couldn't believe I was still without dryer. Installs new part. Dryer won't work. It needs additional part. Calls it in. Tells my story and say this is unacceptable that customer doesn't have a dryer still. A manager from 75 miles away drives part to my home within 4 hours. Repair man returns and completes service. If I knew his name I'd post it. They have a few great guys!! As for the coward that came on the 6th of July, I doubt he will be with them much longer.
I had a Craftsman lawn tractor needing repair. It took one month to get the appointment. I explained on the repair order what was wrong with the machine. The repairman came to my home and diagnosed the problem. The parts needed were very basic: a belt and two pulleys. I expected the repair to be completed at that first service call but he ordered the parts and had them sent to my house. The next appointment, for installation of the parts, took another month. So I was unable to use my machine for two whole months. I HAD EXPECTED THE THING TO BE FIXED AT THE FIRST SERVICE CALL. I am pleased with the work and with the technician's expertise and demeanor but it should have been repaired much sooner.
It was the first time I need the repair service man came to check the issue with my TV he was very professional (within the schedule they told me he will be here) and in less than 15 minutes he told me what it was the issue (I need a new TV) and then he said they are going to contact you in a week with the steps to follow. I though is going to be a long week with no TV. I was wrong they called me the next day told me what to do I did, and now I have new TV I upgrade it and my kids are very happy.
