It's mediocre. Service is awesome, usually 4-6 barbers on staff so your aren't waiting long at all. Guys are cool, and real friendly always starting a conversation with you. They won't ever mess up your hair, but I wouldn't go there if you want anything to fancy. I've been going here for about 5 years on and off (due to being away for school) I went one time a few months ago trying to get a high top fade. (I was going for fresh prince for Halloween) walked out with a mo hawk fade(roscoe dash). It was a fresh cut, and I liked it just not was going for. If you go stay to the left side of the shop. I believe the guys name is Craig,First barber on the left, hes really good. The other two on that side are good also. Ive had my hair cut by everyone in the shop, There all fairly good just those are the best. Prices range from 10-15 for basic cut kids to beard and cut mens. They also have facials eyebrow stuff but I've never done those.
I had a full-day of treatments and each one was fabulous! I was using a gift certificate and didn't expect much, but was I ever surprised! The massage was the best I've ever had - and I've had many in several different countries. The manicure and pedicure were exceptional. They included all the extras that some places charge extra for - like leg massage, drying, cuticles, etc., and the pedicure rooms are private which is very unusual and appreciated. The facial was to die for. I was scheduled for just a shampoo and blow (not a cut) but decided to let Janifer cut my hair since everything else went so well. She did so great with the cut that I let her hilight it the next day. She is my new stylist, and Mally's is my new salon. Thanks to all who made my special day extra special.
I was going to this shop for awhile. It is very nice and most of the staff is friendly. My stylist did/does a fabulous job, but is often running behind by a client or two. Not being one to enjoy sitting and waiting, I'd inquired how long my wait would be so I could perhaps walk around to the nearby stores in the mean time. This was somehow blown into a huge, dramatic ordeal with my stylist loudly asking the receptionist/owners to just leave her alone and let her finish. I actually almost stood up and left because it was so awkward and uncomfortable. I hate to give up such a great stylist, but I can't reason paying close to $200 for such an unpleasant experience.
