This is in response to the reviews left by Kenny L. and Terrance P. The owner told Kenny upfront that he did not want to repair this vehicle but Kenny was insisted on bring his car. When the owner called Kenny to inform him that he did not want this vehicle, he got ugly and cussed Mr. Rettig. One of our bodymen stepped in and told him where to go to get his car fixed. Mr. Terence showed up with the notion that he was taking this car without payment. We explained to him that we did not the work on the door and there was no warranty and he agreed to pay for repair over the phone. When he arrived to jumped in the car without paying and drove off, leaving his wife to answer for his actions. We called the police and eventual showed up to get his wife.

I have a Lexus LS 460 and had a $21,000 repair done to my car. I was totally awed struck when they drove the car from the back. I did not recognized it. My car was black and the paint was so shiny I thought I was looking into a mirror. The car looked brand new. I guess I am amazed because of the way the car looked before the repair and when the insurance did not total it out, I thought it would never be the same. I WAS SO WRONG! recently i had my Lexus Rx 300 in Rettigs body shop for repairs. the lexus dealer recommended them. The repair took 5 days and they called me as the repair progressed. they called to tell me the car was ready. went to pick my vehicle up and was greeted by the manager. he took me to inspect my vehicle before i paid. they detailed my vehicle. It had not been this clean since it was new. with Rettigs you are not a number but a customer. Thank you.
