This was my first experience at a denturist and I had heard all sorts of horror stories about getting dentures.Remi did an excellent job making the top denture and a lower partcial.My smile is perfect for the first time in my life! It's made me want to smile all the time.He was very professional and understanding about my worries,hence the horror stories.He did a WONDERFUL job.I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great first class denturist.And Amber is awesome,she is so sincere and always greets you with a smile.

I have been here a few times there are curtain days they are rude and some there nice. One time i made an app to get a refitting and she told me oh no your going to get you new set im like ok. so i get there and the doctor comes in and says she got your app all wrong and had to sit and wait for 30 min for them to fix everything with my insurance because they billed them for the wrong thing. But thats the only thing ive had trouble with in there office. But idk everyone has there own experience with them.

I went there for a set of dentures and I was quoted a price that was different From what they turned out to be. I gave the receptionist cash and had a hard time getting a receipt for the right amount, which I never did get by the way. I wouldn't recommend this place or their service to my enemies dog. If I could give the receptionist a negative 5 score I certainly would. The denture never ever fit. All they did was make excuses that it was my fault. How can that be? I didn't make them. Absolutely horrible and rude people. Bad experience! Totally horrible, waste of time and money. Very frustrating!

I would recommend Big Sky Denture Group to anyone. I took my Dad in to get his teeth replaced and they were fast, courteous and he was thrilled with his new "choppers"!! He looks great! Kristen and Remi were a delight to work with and they handled my Dad like he was their own Grandpa! Thanks Guys!

I was very pleased with Big Sky Denture Group. Being from out of town, it was so nice that they scheduled to allow several procedures in one day to reduce our trips. My dentures were ready when they said and Remi took great pains to make sure they fit me well.

If you want fiendly people this is the place to go but other then them being nice they have no good qualities! I have been given the complete runaround on picking up my denture after 4 and half weeks of waiting! Not to mention that when you make an appointment expect to wait one to two hours past you appointment time to even see the denturist. And instead of me coming in and picking them up the want to FedEx them to me!!! This place is the worst place you can possibly pick for any denture service! Save your money and patients for another more professional atmospher !
