All of the lady's that work here have been amazing. They try to go above and beyond for you,all there services are so good. My guilty pleasure is there pedicures!

Jeannie gives a supurb hair cut and color. She is passionate about her work, She is always gracious, upbeat and personalble. She also does a great massage. She has a very comforting manner that helps you settle in to a great massage, as well as a wonderful touch.

I had a horrible experience here. I went in for a color and when I was unhappy with the results they refused to fix it. They claimed that the color swatch I chose matched my hair exactly, but I didn't even choose a swatch; we had agreed on a shade between two light brown swatches, none of which were at all yellowish. And I had specifically said that I wanted to avoid any yellow or orange results in the first place! Also, I had to stand up for the cut, which was just weird.

Wish I would have read the reviews first! This is the WORST salon I've ever been to.



I made appointments for a massage, pedicure and manicure for my sister and myself two months in advance since I have recently moved over to Great Falls and was planning on traveling over to Missoula for a spa day.



At 3 am the day of the appointment I received a text message telling me that Jeanie's co-worker was not coming into work and to reschedule my appointment.

Well I was already on my way over so I just drove to the salon at 11 am (since I was unable to call at 10 when they opened because I didn't have cell phone service). The door was locked even though the hours indicated they should be open. So I waited until someone came to the door, advised her of the appointment I should have had and she told me that they could get me in at 11, just not my sister.



Finally after waiting for 45 minutes Jeanie comes out to get me (after I went into the back looking for her several times). At that point I didn't have time for a massage anymore so I opted for a pedicure and manicure. The massage chair was broken and didn't work. I wanted shellac for my manicure and Jeanie did the most horrible job I have ever seen. She didn't cut or shape my nails/cuticles at all, she left large gaps on the side when she was applying nail polish (or painted my finger itself several times).



I asked for my money back and she refused saying they do not give money back for anything. She said she could have someone else do my nails for me at a later time, because no one there had time to fix them. She was one of the most rude and unskilled salon owner's I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not deserve any business.



In fact saying that Jeanie was rude is actually pretty nice. There are other much stronger words I would like to use to describe how unprofessional she is.
