Customer service has declined a great deal on the Miramar store. I was there on 6 Nov 2015 loading some pressure treated lumber (by myself) and lumber employees ignored me as to avoid helping me. Finally I found someone willing to assist me. Then found out they ran out of string to tie the lumber. Luckily I had 3 ratchet straps, I had to purchase a 4th strap otherwise I would not been able to bring the stuff home. While strapping everything this guy began to tell me the string they provide was complimentary. I had no problem with it, but this guy continue running his mouth so I had to stop what I was doing to let him know it was alright and there was no need to take it out on me. This is the last time I shop at this HomeDepot.
