Great Clinic. My mom took her dogs to Dr.Schooley when she was located in North Miami and followed her out to Miramar. I was a little kid when I met Dr.Schooley and she always made it a point to include me in the conversation about our pet. Now I bring my dog to her and my wife and I love her honesty. She is a kind hearted person and if you can't afford every thing she recommends she works very hard to make things work on my budget ... The only thing I can say if you want it done right and you want it done well, give this clinic your business. You won't be sorry. BEST CLINIC EVER !!!!!!!

My last visit to this clinic prompted me to write this review. Let me start by saying Dr.Schooley and her staff are wonderful, they are 100% trustworthy and extremely kind. Every time I walk in I'm greeted with a smile and they know me and my pups very well. I've been going to this clinic for 7 yrs with my 2 dogs and my kitty, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Not only are they kind and trustworthy but Dr.Schooley has 30+ years of experience and that really shows in her work....., the clinic is kept very clean which is important too because I've been to some clinics that smell really bad when you walk and that is not pleasant!

Now back to why I came on here......I was sitting in one of the exam rooms on Tues 3/20 waiting to see Dr.Schooley and all of sudden I hear this woman screaming at Dr.Schooley and the staff......from what I could hear she seemed to be demanding her dog back and yelling about them going to lunch or something.....I heard the doctor and the staff trying to talk to her and calm her down but this woman was absolutely crazy, she kept interrupting Dr.Schooley and there was just no reasoning with this lady.....I even heard her lash out at the person she was with (I feel bad for whoever has to deal with that woman on a regular basis). The lady said 'no wonder you get such bad reviews', that's why I came on here, and then I saw a review posted the day after my visit.....I can only assume that it's the same person and I just feel that it is unfair that not only did these poor people have to deal with this lunatic but now she came on here to bad mouth them when it was so obvious that there was nothing that these people could have done to make this woman happy.....I don't know if she had a bad day or what but I think Dr.Schooley and her staff handled this situation very professionally and they continued with their work without letting this incident affect their mind set. My English bulldog was there for a procedure that day and I was very satisfied with the way I was treated and the way my pup was treated, as I always am. I mean honesty adults do not handle situations that way, and if she was upset about them taking a break before working on her dog then she's just a jerk because I'm sure everyone gets to have a lunch break...they're human they need to eat.......when I do leave my babies there they always tell me they will call me when they are finished and they always do.....I'm sure they take time to have lunch and I don't mind because I know they take good care of them (I know they get walked and they get water because I've asked), and they are always very happy when I pick them up. Anyways.....I was there for a while....I guess she ended up leaving the dog (after all the yelling and screaming) because I saw them bring up a big fluffy dog while I was getting ready to pay and I was curious so I asked if this was the dog the woman was upset about and it was...... that dog looked so beautiful I don't know if it got groomed or what but it was so pretty! So they still did a wonderful job even after enduring that verbal abuse....,,I think that says a lot about this clinic. So please do not let a couple bad reviews (some written by people who probably need professional help to deal with their anger issues) make you hesitate to bring you're babies to see Dr.Schooley.....she is a top notch vet and this is a top notch clinic.....everyone I refer to her raves about how wonderful she is and how wonderful her staff is (which is also very important). I know the staff by name and I know some have been working there even before I started using them as my vet.....they are all very honest and sweet and you can tell they love what they do! Highly highly recommended!!!

AWFUL! If it was up to me, they don't even deserve ONE star, but had to put it in........this is by far the worst vet clinic I have ever been to. The doctor is an absolute liar along with her front desk staff! All they care is taking your $$$ and not caring for your pet like they should be! Loyalty, merit, and most importantly, TRUST, should be a definite deciding factor when deciding if you can leave your loved pet in the care of someone else, especially your vet.....well, this IS NOT the place! When the staff AND doctor lies and is confronted with the lies and all they can do is argue back with you and disrespect you on top of it, it truly shows the kind of individuals they really are!!!! And according to reviews posted on how much of a rip off they are, goes to show you their intentions.....WHICH IS NOT YOUR PETS WELL BEING!!!!

Rip Off. Care mor about $$$, no customers service and obviously little concern for pets. used three years for dog and cats. After treating dog for urine infection had to come back later date with pee sample. Was charged a full office visit again, $106, even though they did not see the dog. We did buy the medicine from them. 2) Even though I advised them over and over, my cat was dead, they kept sending reminders to bring in my cat for her checkups. 3). During a checkup for my other cat, I was charged for a fecal although that was not done. Rather than credit me they said bring her back another time. I did two months later and they said it was too long. Hmmm, I already paid for it. Their concension, not the next fecal but the one after that would be free. Geez. 4) Switch over to the vets recommended revolution (rather than frontline) and bought my first three months there, then wanted to switch to petmeds. Pedmeds said the vet insisted I go pick up the Rx. When I attempted this, I was treated like crap and they wanted to charge me for the Rx. That is when I realized its there way or the highway....Well, No customers service in my opinion. they should be happy I will spend the money on my cat and dog, but charging for an RX is the ultimate in who they are.

Stay far away from this place unless you like getting ripped off and nickled and dimed.
