        Was needing a deadbolt key cut. Original key was bent. I've had 3 other keys cut, 2 at Supercenter. One at a home store here in Minot. All three DIDN'T WORK! Laurence took VERY GOOD CARE OF ME... THE KEY WORKS!!! THANK YOU

        Did business with them for a new construction. Very unpleasant experience and their customer service was severely lacking. People should do their business elsewhere.
