I must have been there shortly after Big John Sloan. I looked at there website and found a car that I REALLY wanted. I called to make sure it was there. "Sure it's here no problem. Runs and drives great. Tell you what" the person answering the phone said, " I'll make sure it's all washed and ready to be seen. And make sure there is gas for a test drive". How effing comforting. Big John, if you're reading this, when I got there I found two people who appeared to be "fighting" for lead or control of the dealership. I also encountered someone who was just leaving. His parting words were, "don't buy nothing from these thieves" as he was walking away. I proceeded to look for the car I was interested and was met by a salesman. What a joke. No smile, no handshake, nothing. Just "What kind of money do you got to spend?" Wow. Wonderful grammer buddy. I ended up telling him I was just looking around. I asked by year, make, model and color and ADVERTISED miles for the car I found online. Oppps. "Well, we jus happen to sell dat car. But here, over this way is another'n that you will like better." Really? You're telling me what I'll like and won't like?????? I thanked him for his time and walked off the lot. PUNKS!! I'd rather ride with MTC then try nurturing one of their bucket of bolts and wires around. THANKS BIG JOHN. Wish I'd have read your review before I went all the way over there. Scum bag sockcuckers.
Customer for life! I've always knew the people at Cornerstone were fine trustworthy Christian people but my recent experience with them only cemented that view of them even more. Over Christmas of 2015, our 2008 GMC Acadia had a transmission issue while we were traveling throughout the Midwest. We limped our vehicle to a GM dealer only becasue we thought it would be covered by the GM warranty - Boy were we wrong! After three days at this competitor, they told us the problem was not warranty related and that the bill would be $2,500! needless to say I was beside myself and I took my Acadia over to Cornerstone that quoted me $1,900. After a week in the shop at Cornerstone, I got the shocking phone call from John telling us that it was, in fact, a warranty issue and they had their GM people take care of the problem - NO CHARGE!!!!!!!! These fine Christian people at cornerstone went the beyond the extra mile to ensure that we were treated as if we were one of the family. I will never not go to anyone else for my auto repair. Let's just say that there are such things as Christmas Miracles!!!!! Cornerstone is the greatest!!!!!
THIS PLACE SUCKS. I went there looking for a car that was serviceable, fuel efficient and safe. They showed me a car that had broken door handles, that instrument panel didn't light up and the rotors where so warped that I was scared to touch the brake pedal. Oh and the seat back was broken. They have half dead vehicles there. They lie to the customers about the mileage. They show inventory that they have NEVER had there. When a potential customer calls or stops they have mysteriously "sold" the vehicle of interest. But not to worry.....they always have something else that will suit your needs. WHAT A CROCK OF $HIT. There are exactly two and a half honest people there. (1) An older white man who sells cars,(2) an middle aged looking white man who works there part time as a mechanic/consultant (1/2) Chris an African, the owner. Not sure how long this place will be here. But people need to know the real scoop on this $hit factory. TELL EM BIG JOHN SLOAN SENT YOU.
I purchased my new to me 2002 Mercury sable from them., and have been very happy with my purchase. The salesman Brandon was very open to helping me find exactly what I was looking for and had me drive several cars/vans/suv's before making my decision. Scott who did the financing was more than accommodating and was very open about how it all works. He answered all my questions and gave great info. I have been back for Oil changes and to have my car serviced and they were very easy to work with. Over all if you want an experience unlike most car dealerships in the area, Midwest has easy going, helpful people and they do not judge or try and make you do anything you don't want to. They are not the least bit pushy. I have recommended to friends and family and would suggest that anyone looking for a car starts there.
I would like to thank Allan and his folks for helping us out when we had some trouble with a vehicle they sold us a while back. They had good suggestions to help figure out what was wrong, called us back quickly with cost of repair options, (providing a good discount), and generally made us feel that we were not alone with our problems. It is so nice to still see folks who want to help and believe in customer service! I will definitely buy and have my vehicle serviced by these folks again!
This place is absolutely wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they treated you like family versus just another customer. If you are reading this and looking for motorcycle repair or dealers or even auto detailing, stop your search now because this is your place. You won't be disappointed, trust me. Everything from the atmosphere to the way the staff talked to you was fantastic. Will definitely be returning!
The staff was very patient and honest with me and my father. When we brought up concerned about the vehicle, they were very accommodating and worked with us. They answered all questions truthfully and when they didn't have the answer, they went out of their way to get the answer. It felt like they were up front and didn't beat around the bush. Great experience and great car selection!
Pleased with my experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and helped me finance the vehicle. After i bought the car, I realized the right headlight was burnt out. It was a bit tough getting the car into the shop due to their hours, but they did a good job with it. Id recommend it to my friends
