        I agree with the other reviewer that this office is made up of crooks. I was charged $100 for a procedure that they told me would be free and rolled into another plan (invisalign). The only thing is that I never knew about this, because they were allegedly sending invoices to the WRONG address. I only found out after this went onto my credit report. When I called, I got the same lecture as the other reviewer, but I just wanted this thing off my otherwise perfect credit report. So they said as soon as I paid the collection agency they would remove the derogatory information from my credit report. That was two weeks ago and now they refuse to return my calls and the ONLY person they say can do this is conveniently gone every single day.



        I give this place one star for employing a rude and incompetent staff of thieves who don't care about the customer's wellbeing whatsoever. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

        These people are crooks!

        Please do not use this dentist office! I am in the premium group for my insurance, and they wanted to charge me more than $600 to fill a cavity. They lied to me and said it wasn't their fault that I had bad insurance, but the truth is they could take it, they just didn't want to. My insurance company said they had problems with this office before. The worst part is Uptown Smile still didn't come clean at my next checkup when my filling had gotten worse. They tried to pressure me into paying the $600 rather than tell the truth and admit they are greedy! They lectured me and talked to me like I was stupid when my condition was getting worse! They would rather see patients suffer than help them. They also told me I needed this special paste because I drank soda and had to have this special cancer screening, but surprise, surprise, I don't have cancer. Oh, and they tried to sign me up for a credit plan that my insurance company told me they got a 20% cut from! Can you believe it was the insurance company looking out for the consumer? That's when you know a business is completely corrupt. Avoid this office at all costs! They will screw you over any way possible! I would have given 0 stars if I could.
