We had John and Aiden do an excellent job very very efficient and they knew exactly what needed to be done would definitely have you again whenever we need our carpets and vents cleaned again.

Hecter and Jesse were the technicians that came to my house and they were polite, prompt and very professional. They explained everything they were going to do and how much it would cost before they even started. They were careful on my wood floors with the equipment they used and wore booties. I would use Rasmussen again and recommend to others.

I was told my carpets would lighten up as it dried. They didn't really. I was told some spots they couldn't lighten at all really. The big ones. I didn't know all the spots wouldn't lighten. The service took maybe 30 minutes for 3 rooms and a hallway. In the middle of cleaning my carpets the technician asks to use the bathroom. You'd think just to go #1 right? NO. DIARRHEA. My bathroom smelled horrible and there were streaks at there bottom of the toilet and spray on the back of my toilet. How do I know that? BC THE TECH LEFT IT LIKE THAT!

Hector and Nate came by to do our air duct cleaning in Lakeville. They were professional and upfront about all charges before doing work. I had to take a few work calls during the service and they were unbelievably kind.

Hector and Chad did a great job with my duct work and tile cleaning. The pictures were not a surprise and the after pictures were fantastic to see. Everything is so clean now! They called ahead and arrived right on time. They even were friendly with my dogs. Highly recommend!!

They did a fantastic job cleaning our furnace motor and ducts! David and Harlin called before arriving and arrived on time. They explained what the service could do and gave an estimate before beginning. David said it would take about 2-2 1/2 hours to complete ( we also had them clean our dryer vent), and that was correct. They were very thorough and friendly, and we will definitely have them back in 4 yrs!

Hector and Ryan did an amazing job! They even arrived early and called ahead of time to make sure I was ready for them. They explained the process, offered their suggestions for other services, but there was no pressure. The vents and carpets look amazing and my house was left neat and tidy. I highly recommend Rasmussen and I will use them again.

We had our air ducts and carpet cleaned in just a few hours by Hector and Ricardo. Everything looks fantastic and smells great. The walk through and estimate was thorough; follow up recommendations were very helpful. I would absolutely recommend their services.

Due to a difficult dryer vent run, I needed to contact the office for a follow-up visit. The gentlemen who handled my request on the phone was very helpful and professional, and he stated that they would come back out to recheck all of the items just to assure that I was satisfied. Hector and Mandel came out a few days later and they were very attentive to my input and questions, as well as to the technical details of their work. They spent a fair amount of time trying to properly analyze the situation and ultimately found the area that was still clogged. As it turned out the original duct work including the dryer venting, was not properly sealed so they sealed the joints, as well.These two gentlemen were professional, careful, diligent and determined to satisfy my concern. This was all done under their satisfaction guarantee and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this firm and this crew to all who need their services. Thank you!

Had James and John arrive on time, but we weren't home yet. They graciously waited the extra 10 minutes and went straight to evaluating the home upon arrival. They listened to our concerns and explained the best options. Bottom line - excellent service. Thorough work and we're not only satisfied with the customer service, but this customer is satisfied with the overall service. We can actually feel the difference in the home and will definitely have them back in a couple of years.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Rasmussen Cleaning Service. We recently moved into a house that had not been well maintained, and Abe and Brian explained what needed to be done to get the ducts and furnace cleaning and running optimally.
