Peterson Pinney

was in need of replacing my central AC about 2 years ago and I went with Peterson Pinney, one, because they were a local small business, and two, they gave a competitive quote for it.In late June of 2015 I called Peterson Pinney for a tune up of the AC for $89.00. Sounds good so I made the appointment. When Paul came out he first asked where my garden hose is and he started spraying the condenser unit without disassembling the outer frame work. When I saw this I mentioned to him that I could have done that. He made some lame excuse about time involved disassembling the framework. After he was done with that he went in my basement and touched a pipe that was part of the AC with his hand and said "OK". He went back upstairs and completed the invoice. Total time he was there was 30 minutes. I've had tune-ups in the past with my other unit, and the tech used meters to test the coolant, disconnected the drain hose, cleaned it, cleaned the condenser unit by removing the frame work and doing a visual check of it as well. After he left I called the store and complained about the lack of service for what is considered a "tune-up" and said I wouldn't use their service again. The guy on the other line said "do what ya gotta do". I then hung up. From what I see with Peterson Pinney, I see Paul take advantage of the company he works for as well as the customer he services for Peterson Pinney. So much for helping out a local small HVAC company

A/C went out on a typical 90+ degree day. Called them because I had them install my A/C and furnace 10 years ago. Unlike other companies, they were able to come THE SAME DAY. My A/C needed a new capacitor (?) and after 30 minutes, and suggestions about cleaning out cottonwood "stuff", it was working great. Service was quick, pleasant and reasonable! Highly recommend

I installed a new furnace in my garage and needed to have some duct work made for me. I remembered seeing a sign going by the store some time back stating they do custom work. well mine was a simple job but the 5 star help i rec;d from them was worth spreading the word. My AC went out while it was in the middle of a week of 90+ degree weather. I called Peterson Pinney and one of their technicians came right out. Needless to say, I needed a new central air unit. They put in a nice Lennox model. Price was great and the service was awesome. Thank you very much.

I had an emergency plumbing situation on a beautiful Friday Afternoon, Larry (the Plumber) was very helpful, personable, and (most importantly) got to my house to fix the problem in under one hour!!! I would strongly recommend Peterson
