After being with Northwood's Dental for many years, and spending thousand of dollars with them, they displayed a complete lack of concern for me when I was sick. On the day of an appointment, I was sick and diagnosed with Strep, so had to cancel my appointment. The receptionist or whoever answered the phone said I should have known I was going to be sick and called ahead. She also demanded I tell her what my illness was. All she was concerned with is the fact the Dr would lose money in the vacant timeslot. They also charged me a fee for the canceled appointment as they said I had missed a couple before. Good doctors, terrible customer service and client care.
