        No Customer Service At All!!!

        If you are shopping at Kitchen Window for a $40 potato peeler, you've found your dream store! However, if you are looking for customer service of any kind...well, it's going to be a bumpy ride. The "highlight" of my recent experience with Kitchen Window's management staff was the 20 min. phone lecture I received on how expensive and labor-intensive it is to look up orders in the computer and return phone inquiries from customers- shame on me for calling to check on a pre-paid service that was 3 weeks past the promised date!! When I asked what the "recommended" course of action on my order was, I was told "just don't call us...we'll call you." Fantastic answer for a manager to give a dissatisfied customer!! Wouldn't retail be great if there weren't any of those pesky customers calling and coming into the store??? Well, I'm hopeful that this dream can become a reality for those poor, tired, overworked employees of Kitchen Window. Maybe they will find unemployment more restful!
