American Army & Navy Surplus

I when this store to get army shirt and pants clothes she told me use $29 new $39 doesn't have my pants i am looking for so i just want to get the shirt she told me $59 so i said i come back she get mad throw the shirt on glass counter i told her i go atm get the money she told me never see me again my daughter with me she cry of that talk loud and mad make my daughter cry i cross my finger never go there she look dumb and ugly

I was in the store with my wife for about 10 minutes before we were kicked out. I was trying on backpacks and hats for an upcoming camping trip. We found the hat we were going to buy as well as a backpack and we were trying to find the correct size. Then succubus behind the counter asked us if she could help us and I replied, "No thanks, I'm just trying find the right size." We were then asked to leave the store. I asked if I had done something wrong and I was told I"m not going to answer your questions, this is private property and I'm going to call the police if you don't leave.

As a side note: I am a nice person, I did nothing wrong and I had intent to buy. I have never been treated soo poorly in a store. I honestly don't understand how this place is still in business.

All I could think of this place was the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld.



I called back about 10 min later, I said "Hi I was just in your store and you kicked me out, I would like to make a purchase, is this possible?" the reply was "No, please don't ever come back to my store" and the troll hung up.



PLEASE! Do not actually buy anything from American Army and Navy Surplos Store, only go if you want entertainement of being harrassed and being kicked out. (Give her some crap, you will have fun!)



As a Navy vet I'm extreamly upset about this, I felt violated... I really do wonder if this store is a front for something else or if it has anything to do with my wife being asian....

Any rating above a 1 is a lie! (Too bad there is no 0)



I then went to General J's and had a great experience, found the hat we were looking for - $10 and we were out the door in 15 min (I would have paid 3X the price from the previous experience we had at Suck-R-us")

I called looking for something in particular. When they told me they didn't have it, I attempted, in a friendly manor to express how important it was to me to find what I was looking for (I have a brother in Iraq), simply trying to get a little advice on where I might try, I was told "Sir, I've got calls waiting." He made it clear he didn't want my business. I will never shop at this store. I would NEVER treat a customer this way.
