Checker Cab Taxi

11/29/2017 What ever you do not get in Walter Higgins cab number #3945 I never been so disrespected from a cab Driver ever I walk up to the cab driver with my lady and said are you free he said yes then I got in the taxi cab told him my address then he started to say do you have money to pay for the far ride I said yes I do then he said show me then I said why do I got to show you this is the first time ever someone said this to me made me feel angry because I felt like he was racial profiling then he started to say if don’t have money get out of my taxi cab like yelling at me what’s so messed up about it is that what if I had cash on my debit card he did not ask none of that he just did not wanted to believe me so I felt like he was being races and he should not ever be a taxi driver again and I hope the manager will talk to him that’s all I’m a say disgusted of the service I had.

Horrible cab company! Did not give phone back after leaving it on the seat in one of their cabs. When I went to their office to retrieve it, the sim card was missing and they had completely reset my entire phone so I lost everything. It was extremely sketchy.

Excellent service real dispatcher s knowledgeable Driver s got to my destination on time. cabby played great music on the way great conversation clean Cab highly recommend this company

Zero stars or negative for extremely rude customer service and getting ripped off. Also, left a phone in the cab and when calling to simply ask for driver information the manager, Barry, told me it was a "bad time" and "better luck next time" with no options for help or resolution. Never use this company!!!!!

Terrible taxi service - was told 15 minutes for my cab - 25 minutes later I call to check, and they didn't even process my call. Missed my greyhound bus out of town for work, and missed out on income.
