Fiona s Bar and Grill boasts a casual lodge-style atmosphere, where patrons can enjoy dinner, cocktails or Sunday brunch. Menu items include filet mignon, t-bone steak, rib-eye, top sirloin, prim rib, chops, ribs, chicken breast, teriyaki chicken, garlic shrimp, lobster tail, crab, salmon, trout, daily fish, soup and salad. Fiona s bar offers a selection of appetizers as well as cocktails, beer and frozen drink specials. The restaurant is located in front of the casino doors at the Carson valley Inn, in Minden, Nev., surrounded by towering pines. The Carson Valley Inn opened in 1984 and was designed as a first-class resort facility to serve the Carson Valley residents and guests. The resort contains 100 rooms, 150 slots, six table games and nearly 250 employees. In 1988, Fiona's Bar and Grill (formerly the 'Atrium' Restaurant) opened.
