I spent days trying to get information from this business only to be told a bunch of nonsense. That was after finally getting someone on the phone and having them tell me to call back in 5 minutes. I called back for hours and no one would answer the phone. If I was a person with a serious issue that required help quickly I think I would have already went off the deep end and done something tragic.
