Pros/Cons- Pros- This place is in a good location, ample parking, the menu selections are good. Absolutely love their pork sandwiches and the pho dac biet with all the meat and noodles...amazing! Really enjoy their Goi Cuon as well...love taking the pho home for take out- you get your moneys worth and it's packaged nicely/separately. Cons- Poor waitstaff service....They are younger so they are not very personable. Water glasses go empty. The prices have increased quite a bit for the entrees. Some of the items are overly priced knowing how much it really cost to make them or what all goes into them. But other than that..probably one of the better places i've been to.

Phan' Garden's garden food was pretty good, I had their traditional vietnamese soup with an eggroll. I really liked the enviroment. The service was welcoming and friendly, the only thing I really have to complain about was how long the food took to come out. It really wasn't that busy, but I thought they forgot about me because my soup took so long. Overall, I think it was a nice restaurant.
People you have to tip if you bring a group of people I forget the number but I that is the rule everywhere. One thing about you farmers is you'll know nothing at all if where not talking about grass and cows.
Responably priced. The quality of food superb. They use the freshest ingrediants. One of the finest Viatnameze restuarants around. Just what Bay View was missing. Now they have it.
I've only had one menu item, the pho with tons of vegetables added and the meat held. I'm sure I'll never have anything else because I love it so much. I give that dish Five Stars.
Excellent food, friendly staff, great drink options.
the best vietnamese restaurant in town....
