Horrible experience. Start to finish 9 minutes. Rough and rude. Still shaking from the trauma of getting my tooth pulled. Didn't even clean up the bloody mess he made.

Took my stepdaughter in to get tooth pulled. Was told by the hygienist they would get her prepped and then come and get me before they started the procedure. After 10-15 minutes I went to the front desk and asked if the doctor was running behind and if I could go wait with her so she wasn't by herself. The front desk staff went back and who I presume was the office manager came out and said the procedure has already started. I said she is 7! Why didn't someone come and get me? She was very flippant and said it was their policy. I asked why wasn't I informed, there wasn't a sign nor was it in the new patient paperwork. She said the receptionists try their best to tell new patients before they come but I was missed and since I felt bad about not being back there she was going to stop the procedure. I told her that I didn't want the procedure stopped but wanted to be allowed back there. She said it is was it is, the procedure is being stopped. I told her that her attitude was S-----. The dentist came out and said basically the same thing and I would need to find a new provider and he wasn't going to put the space maintainer she needed in. I again asked where this policy was because if I would have known, I would have found another dentist. I don't know what parent would be comfortable not being with their child, at a new dentist, getting a tooth pulled or the child for that matter. She was scared.



He very well may be a competent dentist but his attitude and the attitude of his office manager was very rude. All because I asked a question, he didn't finish the dental procedure. Shame.

I went there to get my teeth remove because I going to get my denture done at Affordable Dentures because I can have the dentures done on the same day I get my teeth pulled. Everything is out of pocket though.But anyway this dentist removed some of my bad teeth and left some because he didnt like the fact that I am going else where to get my denture and not to him. Exact words were "I pulled most of your bad teeth, now you can have your other dentist remove them." First he knew why I went to him to get my teeth removed because I cant afford it to get them pulled at the Affordable Dentures clinic because it $95 per tooth. I told him but the dentist at the Affordable Dentures gave me a referral stating what I need to get extracted. So I gave it to this Evil dentist so he knows what my other dentist want to get pulled. So he pulls some of my teeth. But number 1 he didn't numb me before he started poking my mouth with huge needle. He was so rough when he was moving my head, he was so rough it looked like I was getting slapped. Soon as he was done pulling my teeth told me "now you can have your other dentist pull the rest!"now you can go to your other dentist have him pull the rest because I do not want to pull them!" Told him but I can't afford to get them pulled there because they dont take state insurance, thats why I went here to get them pulled. Thats why I have government assistant. I work but what I make barely support me and my 3 kids. His rude comment was "nothing is free now, you already got some of them pulled what else do you want!" "Don't tell how to do my job your not the one who pays me, you have state insurance!" He didnt like the fact that I told him to just remove the rest of my bad teeth. To top it off, he pulled total 7 teeth but did not give me anything for pain! Went to another dentist on the same day, just to see if they would pull the rest of my teeth, i told dentist what I experienced, shr said that wasnt right, first he disrespected you by making those rude comments #2 he didnt give you anything for pain, had 7 teeth removed the oth



He made me feel so worthless, its been days after but I'm still getting flashbacks on what he told me. Now I feel worthless because I get government assistance. I went to a different dentist the same I told her what I experienced, I was crying. The other dentist said what he did was not right, #1 he disrespected you by saying those rude comments, #2 he didn't give you anything for pain when he knew you got 7 teeth pulled, thats gotta be painful! #3 he didn't numb you with the cream before he started poking you. And she also told me to write to board of dentistry and file a complaint because if did this to you, he will do it to someone else.



He made me feel so little than I already am. Now I feel like my depression just came back because I can't my self crying out of nowhere. Thanks to this evil dentist Dr. Azim Presswala.

This dentist's attitude is probably the only thing more outdated than his office equipment and decor. Went in for a cracked molar. He took a quick look at it and asked ME what I should do o_0. After I asked him if it should come out he said it would come out on its own and sent me on my way without pain killers or anything. I would rather pull it out myself than go back to this moron

I do not recommend this dentist. I came in for an emergency appointment and was told I needed a root canal. They scheduled the root canal appointment a month out saying this was because they needed to make sure my insurance would aprove the procedure. Then even after the insurance approved the procedure, the Friday before my Monday morning appointment they cancelled my appointment saying I had not called them to confirm that I was attending the appointment. What? Now I am scrambling trying to find a new dentist 1 month after I needed a root canal. And the people in the office were very rude and unhelpful.
