I just purchased an Elliptical from this store and I LOVE it! I looked at other stores too and I couldn't find the quality I was looking for. Mike helped me out and was very informative. If you are in the market to buy some exercise equipment for affordable prices...check them out! I love my elliptical and the customer service I received. You wont find name brand equipment at those prices.

I bought a used snow board as a xmas present for my grandson. The owner waited on me and he was nice when I was purchasing it, but when I had a problem with it he accused me of lying. My grandson was on a school outing and it was the first time he used the board and the bindings came off.. The owner installed new ones when I purchased it and it didn't hold for a half hour. Luckly the ski hill had someone there who knew what he was doing and repaired it with the proper nuts and screws.. I went back to the store to recoop the money we paid for the repair but the owner just listened to the story and said he wouldn't do anything. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Didn't even asked how much we paid to repair it. He kept saying "How do I know it even happened"..I am lucky my grandson didn't get injured because of this owners stupidity. You would think he should know his business..DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!!!!







1 year after I purchased this used snow board my grandson continued to have the same problem.My son took it back the store and the owner admitted he was having a problem with the bindings,but at the time of my original complaint he did not have any history of the bindings. He replaced the bindings with a new style at no charge.To this date they have not loosened. I think after 1 year this is good customer service..
