    Greenfield's newest best hidden

    Provided by

Greenfield's newest best hidden treasure!! First off it was a pleasant surprise to see how beautiful the inside was.. It has a newly remodeled bar area and an amazing dance floor, we asked about live entertainment and the manager said that Friday nights they have a trio but that they would be adding other music acts down the line.. Secondly my wife and I were impressed with how friendly the staff was we felt like we were the most important customers there.. Also we asked our server (marge) what she recommended and she said the Pollo Tepic was the house speciality.. So both of us ordered it can we give Los Mariachis a 10 the flavor was out of this world it almost had a taste of Asiana Cuisine mixed in with Mexican flavor... we were so impressed with this single dish that we are planning our son's graduation here.. Not only is the food phenomenal the service was outstanding and it has a dance floor that's itchin to be used.. This place gets two thumbs up..

I thought they got new management.

    Provided by

I thought they got new management. Service seems to have gotten worse. Their personnel lacks customer service, personality and social skills. Their food is not authentic. Drinks are not good and they are expensive. If you are looking for authentic food in a positive atmosphere and friendly service try El Canaveral or El Senorial.

Poor Service, Mediocre Food, Overcharged Debit Card

    Provided by

Paired with an ambiance reminiscent of a ghost town, the aloofness of the staff made eating here a less than welcoming experience. Overall, customer service was nonexistent, the odor of natural gas permeated the dining area, I couldn't identify whether my chimichanga was shredded beef or chicken, and they provided a quarter-sized dollop of sour cream as a side -- with a $1 charge for any substitutions to the ""side dishes."" The salsa inexplicably had a strong oregano taste, much like canned pizza sauce. In another ""what were they thinking?"" development, the travel channel's ""Bizarre Foods"" was playing on a wall-mounted TV in the dining area. I can think of few things less appetizing than watching someone eat something slimy and green while you're trying to have lunch. To top it off, when the meal charge showed up on my debit card later, it was several dollars higher than the price on the receipt. I think I left the tip line blank (I left a small cash tip on the table), which was probably my own fault, but apparently they decided to write in their own amount -- upwards of 30%! Needless to say, I will not be returning. I should have just gone to Qdoba.

    Poor service, burnt food!

    Provided by

Poor service and my food was burnt - No apologies. I took two friends there, my fajitas came out burnt, and the waitress, who was a young girl never once apologized. I ended up watching my friends eat, as by the time my food would have been remade, my friends would have their food done. Even poor service on the way out when I paid my bill, I was asked how everything was and I said how my food was burnt and the young girl never said I am sorry or commented. Never an apology from anyone there!! Poor food, poorer service, tacky decorations, I would recommend to stay away!!!

The best Salsa I've ever had

    Provided by

I am a huge salsa fanatic! They have been my favorite restaurant for the past 9 1/2 years. I would recommend the Mariachi's Especial, huge portions for the right price. The atmosphere is very authentic as well. A definite must check out!

    Uncooked Food

    Provided by

Ate at this restaurant and my wife had tacos with uncooked beef in them. When this was brought to the attention of the wait staff they gave us our check (with no adjustment for the meal). There was no manager on staff so we paid and left. We called back later and their was still no manager there. Very poor quality food and service.

    gritas at los

Always get seated promptly and get our food promptly. Love the fajitas. Atmosphere Denny's like, but okay for a weeknight, great for a group. Carryout a good deal, too.

    Excellent food & service

    Provided by

No matter what time of day you go to Los Mariachi's (lunch or dinner), the food and service are both excellent! You also receive nice portion sizes at a reasonable price. You have to try their beef and cheese nachos for an appetizer (they also have chicken and cheese)!
