I will say that the service is friendly every time that I went in, although my wife went in most times and she did say the same. Every time we dropped off my clothes it was usually a large amount of dress shirts(usually 30 plus) because I have quite a few shirts and only like to go once every six weeks or so. They did on a couple of occasions seem less then happy about this, not by saying anything but as a customer you can just tell. In my opinion they should be thrilled with people bringing in this much as this keeps your business running. With the fact that I have had taken a total of 200 or so shirts in to be cleaned there were 3 of them initially that I received that had rips just above the cuff by the button. All in the same spot and all about the same length(about an inch and a half). Let it be known that they were not ripped when I dropped them off. I didn't really do anything, actually just threw them away because I have probably too many shirts anyways. The problem came last week when I went to work and went to button my sleeves( I usually roll my sleeves until we unlock the doors, then I button the sleeves) there were rips on both sleeves in the same spot, same length. I sell high end items and I felt very self conscious the entire day with having the rips there. SO this makes the 4th shirt with the same problem. Now I decide to write on their FB page and tell them the problem. I got a response within a day and Keith wanted to see the problem, I sent a picture of the shirt and he then said "Wow that looks bad, but I'll show you how it is done and you'll see that it most likely was not caused by the collar and cuff press." Now let me say that I worked in a dry cleaners for multiple years during high school and I know how the basic pressing and steaming machines work. It could be an accident but most of the time cleaners will say that the material is just worn out. This is not the case here because I only wore each shirt a few times. And why are the rips always in the same spots? I informed him of my experience in dry cleaning and wanted to know what could be done about this. I have not gotten an answer back. Bottom line, 3 of the shirts were only $20-$25 each, but one of them was about $60. The most recent one was only about $20. So in total I had about $120 in shirts that were damaged. Not going back there again. I he would have offered to reimburse me for the latest shirt(because that's the only one I could prove) I would have been ok and not written this review. And not to be nit picky but the pressing job of the shirts really wasn't that great either, especially paying about $.60 a shirt more than a one hour martinizing. I will be heading there from now on.
