        Overall

        Called & booked an appointment with Jonathan Charles, but he never showed. I called and texted, and never heard anything back. Very unprofessional if you ask me. To make matters worse I had a photo shoot that day and had to make my photographer wait an extra three hours until I found a replacement. Wish I would have received some type of notice that he wouldn't make it, or at least an apology. Very disappointed!
