Recently tried 2 of the fish fries. 1 lake perch, 1 walleye. The fish was cold and greasy, as if it had been held a long time. The potato pancake was a thick, flabby, brown puck, also cold. I don't believe it could ever have been crisp. These fish fries were not cheap and I was very disappointed. It was surprisingly bad considering they do a nice job with burgers.Like this review?Yes|Flag AbuseProvided by Citysearch
I first ate here on a recommendation of a friend. and have been a fan ever since. The food at Hooligan's is great and the ingredients are always fresh. Hooligan's is a great place to drink beer from anywhere in the world. The food is good and there is always sports on. But the real reason I wrote this review can be summed up in two words; BOOT RACE! My team record is 2 min. and... view moreLike this review?Yes|Flag AbuseProvided by Citysearch
Even though Ive got no interest in sports, I spent a lot of time at Hooligans during college. The beer selection is fantastic (dont forget to sign up and drink your way around the world.) The pub grub is solid, as well. Try the hooli burger its topped with BBQ sauce and all sorts of condiments (including, oddly, olives). This place is really big on St. Patrick's Day.Like this review?Yes|Flag AbuseProvided by Citysearch
