        Warren is the best salesman that we have ever dealt with! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us time to look at the various options and waited for us to decide what one we liked best. I highly recommend him!

        Never have ANYTHING to do with this place! Every time I had an issue they tried to weasel out of helping in any way. They acted like they had no responsibility after they took my check from the bank. I suddenly had to take my van in for breaks, after only owning the vehicle 10 months. The brakes were so badly rusted, that I needed new calipers, brakes, and rotors. The mechanic confirmed the issue had clearly been going on for longer than I owned the car. But Griffin's REFUSED to own up to it. My family could have been seriously hurt or killed if the brakes had locked up on the highway instead of a side street! It was NOT normal wear and tear!
